Founded in 1991, Compagnie Financière dell’Aquila has a family shareholding structure and, is organised through four divisions:

• A Direct Investment Division : majority or minority stakes, mainly in the industrial sector and, geographically in Europe and in the Mediterranean basin.
• A Real Estate Division : operating in all the fields of this activity to promote and manage buildings in France, Belgium and Tunisia. 
• An Indirect Investment Division :  half a dozen participations in European Private Equity funds.
• A “Non-Profit” Division through “Fonds de Dotation Brousse dell’Aquila” which encourages and supports projects and geopolitical researches.
